    This section will explain who Eduvera is, what these terms apply to, and that creating an account means agreeing to them.

  2. 2.Your account

    This section will cover who may create an account, keeping your name, phone and parent’s number accurate, verifying your number over WhatsApp, and keeping your password private.

  3. 3.Devices and sign-in

    This section will explain the limit on how many devices an account can use, being signed in on one device at a time, and how a device slot is freed.

  4. 4.Courses and access

    This section will describe how long you can access a course after enrolling, the watch-time allowance on videos, and that course material is for your personal study only.

  5. 5.Protecting course content

    This section will set out what is not allowed — recording, downloading, sharing or reselling videos and PDFs, or sharing an account — and what happens if it happens.

  6. 6.Payments, wallet and scratch cards

    This section will cover prices, paying by card or mobile wallet, topping up your Eduvera wallet online, discount scratch cards, and the refund policy.

  7. 7.Quizzes and conduct

    This section will describe what is expected when taking quizzes and when interacting with instructors and other students.

    This section will explain when Eduvera may suspend or close an account, and how you can ask for your own account to be closed.
